What we list

Places that give out free or low-cost food, groceries, and everyday essentials — plus benefit programs like SNAP and WIC shown alongside them. For each place we show what it offers, the real hours help is available, what to bring, and who it's for.

How we get the information

From you. An organization tells us its details, and a person on our team confirms them before anything is published. We also correct listings when neighbors report a change.

How we handle it

  • We don't scrape your website. Everything comes the way you choose to send it.
  • A person reviews every listing before it goes live — nothing is published automatically.
  • Tell us to change or remove your listing and we do it. You don't need a reason.
  • We show no ads, sell nothing, and share your details with no one.
